The manufacturing process of Century Huaxin Wind Energy Co., Ltd. is mainly divided into welding and painting operations. The main energy used is diesel, liquefied petroleum gas and electricity. The fuel is mostly used for on-site transportation and hoisting engineering vehicles, followed by rolls. Round steel plate preheating operations; electricity usage is for the operation of welding machines, sandblasting and coating operations, and environmental temperature and humidity control.

The reasons for the surge in electricity consumption are analyzed to be the increase in factory construction and abnormal power consumption of equipment. It is planned to set up independent electricity meters in the future to collect the electricity consumption of individual large machines to facilitate future tracing of electricity consumption. Accurate sources of data facilitate energy management.
